Workshop Terms & Conditions

  • ​Confirmation: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

    ​Age Requirements: Our workshops are designed for adults (16+). Please contact Catherine directly if you wish to book for a younger crafter.

  • Attendee Cancellations: We understand life happens. If you cancel more than 14 days before the workshop, you will receive a full refund (minus a small admin fee) or a credit for a future date.

    Short Notice: Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-refundable, as materials will have already been prepared. However, you are welcome to send a friend in your place!

    Our Cancellations: In the rare event that we must cancel (e.g., illness or low enrollment), you will be offered a full refund or a priority transfer to a new date.

  • ​Tools: We use sharp scissors, wires, and occasionally hot glue. By booking, you agree to follow all safety instructions. Catherine/the venue cannot be held liable for minor injuries sustained during the creative process.

    ​Allergies: While our flowers are pollen-free, please notify us of any skin sensitivities regarding adhesives or dyes.

Order & Commission Terms (Physical Goods)

  • ​​The Process: For bespoke bouquets or large installations, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.

    Lead Times: As every petal is hand-cut and shaped, lead times typically range from 3–6 weeks depending on the season. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon booking.

  • Uniqueness: Because these are handmade, no two flowers will be identical. Minor variations in shade and shape are part of the charm of paper artistry and are not considered flaws.

    Colours: We strive to match colours accurately, but please note that screen settings can alter how a shade appears digitally compared to the physical crepe paper.

  • ​Damages: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the box is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it with the courier.

    Returns: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of floral art, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

  • ​To keep your blooms vibrant, keep them out of direct sunlight (to prevent fading) and away from high moisture/water (as paper is porous).

Intellectual Property

  • ​​All designs, workshop handouts, and techniques shared during classes are for personal use only. They may not be reproduced for commercial sale or used to host your own workshops without Catherine’s express written consent.
